Due to the condition of our products (they are digital products), we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been made and you have downloaded the product since it is not possible to return the product and guarantee that you will no longer use it.

We reserve the right to reject any refund request.

We do not refund if you have compatibility issues with any Software you use. If for example you have Logic Pro 9 instead of Logic Pro X and you buy a sound bank for Logic Pro X. It is your responsibility to know your software. We are not responsible for products that do not work properly if your system does not meet the requirements clearly stated on the product. We have tested all of our products and they are guaranteed to work flawlessly.

Before making the purchase you have examples of the products you are buying, even if you have questions about any product you can write to us before buying and we will be happy to help you. But you are responsible for ordering the correct product. We cannot change your products if you have bought it by mistake.

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have problems with any file, need technical support or you have not received your product, send us an email to esentialmusicproductions@gmail.com and we will help you solve the problem in the shortest possible time.

We only make a refund if you have bought the same product twice, if so, send us an email and we will make a refund.

Debido al estado de nuestros productos (son productos digitales), no ofrecemos devoluciones una vez realizada la compra y hayas descargado el producto ya que no es posible devolver el producto y te garantizamos que ya no lo vas a utilizar.

Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar cualquier solicitud de reembolso.

No reembolsamos si tiene problemas de compatibilidad con cualquier software que utilice. Si por ejemplo tienes Logic Pro 9 en lugar de Logic Pro X y compras un banco de sonido para Logic Pro X, es tu responsabilidad conocer tu software. No somos responsables de los productos que no funcionan correctamente si su sistema no cumple con los requisitos claramente establecidos en el producto. Hemos probado todos nuestros productos y están garantizados para funcionar sin problemas.

Antes de realizar la compra tienes ejemplos de los productos que estás comprando, incluso si tienes dudas sobre algún producto puedes escribirnos antes de comprar y estaremos encantados de ayudarte. Pero usted es responsable de ordenar el producto correcto. No podemos cambiar sus productos si lo ha comprado por error.
